Jackie founded Orient Design in 1995, transforming it into a leading brand and packaging design consultancy. Recognized for his expertise, he has earned numerous awards in the design industry. A prominent speaker in Asia, Jackie is frequently invited to share practical case studies on how companies achieve transformation through strong branding and stay competitive in the Asian market.

Widely regarded as one of Singapore’s top designers, he served as Chairman of the Singapore Packaging Star Award and is a committee member of the Packaging Council of Singapore. He has also been a judge for the Singapore Press Holdings Newspaper Page Design Award.

Dr. Sean Koh is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting, lecturing, and training across various disciplines, including Business Excellence, Customer Experience Management, Total Quality Management, Automation & Productivity Improvement, Process Redesign, Project Management, Food Safety Management Systems, and Business Continuity Management.

He is a certified “Expert Singapore Certified Management Consultant (ESCMC)” and “Certified Productivity Consultant (CPC).” Additionally, Dr. Koh is a certified “Food Safety Trainer” for Food Safety Certification (FSE & FSC) and HACCP.
